The Lincoln County Clerk is one of the elected officials provided by the Washington State Constitution with specific duties assigned by statue and court rules. The Clerk is, by virtue of the Constitution, ex-officio of Superior Court and serves as the official record keeper and financial officer of Superior Court.

Mission Statement: As the “gatekeeper” of the court, it is our mission to protect the integrity and accuracy of the court records of Lincoln County Superior Court while serving the public and legal community in a courteous and professional manner. The office is committed to providing timely assistance, ensuring equal access to court services, treating users of the court system with respect and dignity and enhancing public trust and confidence in the court system.

 

JURY DUTY:
Jury Pool 1 (2024):  Thank you for your patience in having your jury duty service postponed. Your service is now needed on the dates listed below. Please report for jury duty on:

Tues., May 28th at 9:00 AM
Wed., June 5th at 9:00 AM
Wed., June 12th at 9:00 AM
Mon., June 24th at 9:00 AM

A letter with additional information was mailed to you on May 3rd. Please contact our office with any questions. If you have not yet returned your juror questionnaire, please do so as soon as possible.
