Lincoln County ADA Information

“Accommodation” means measures to make each court service, program, or activity, when viewed in its entirety, readily accessible to and usable by an individual who is a qualified person with a disability.

Lincoln County, Washington complies with the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA)  and Washington State Supreme Court General Rule 33 (GR-33).  If you have a disability you can request a reasonable accommodation of your disability to allow you equal access to court facilities, programs and activities.

Please contact Superior Court or District Court as soon as you possibly can to alert the Court Administrator of your accommodation request.  On occasion, court proceedings may have to be postponed until the requested accommodation can be provided.  Please see Lincoln County District/Superior Court Request for Accommodation Form below under links.
